So, I’m a highly motivated individual driven to find the gaps and innovate ways to serve my client’s needs. With 2 years of experience as a customer service associate in Zomato and as a freelance makeup specialist, I’ve gained a good amount of knowledge of how to overcome the problems and issues faced by everyday customers, moreover, of how to market and bring in new leads for a business and turn them into profitable clients. Over the course of my studies and 2 years of corporate experience as well as a freelance makeup specialist, I’ve developed strong marketing and communication skills, enjoy collaborations and teamwork, and have a variety of interests that I use to maximize my potential. I excel under pressure, am multi-tasking oriented, and continually stay abreast of domestic and international current events. I love to dig into my client’s problems and solve them with all the resources provided to me by the firm or even through my personal experience. I focus on delivering key outcomes, building teams, and quickly adapting to new learnings to accomplish this.
