About Ridwan Faisal

With over six years of experience in human resources and recruitment, I am passionate about finding and hiring the best talent for PT United Tractors Tbk, the largest distributor of heavy equipment in Indonesia. I have a strong background in psychology, which helps me understand the needs and motivations of candidates and hiring managers. I am also skilled in designing and implementing effective recruiting procedures, sourcing methods, and metrics, as well as advising and training others on interviewing techniques and assessment methods. As the Recruitment Management Team Leader, I supervise a team of recruiters and oversee the entire recruitment process for the company. I update current and design new recruiting procedures, research and choose job advertising options, and coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs. I also implement new sourcing methods, such as networking with professional groups on social media and holding recruitment drives, to attract diverse and qualified candidates. Additionally, I keep track of recruiting metrics, such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire, and report on the team's performance and improvement areas. I am always looking for ways to enhance our employer brand and candidate experience, as well as to stay up-to-date on labor legislation and regulations.
