About Rieke Dickinson

One of the things that matter most to me is quality – I like things to be outstanding. I am driven by results, love to own things, smash targets and no matter how small the task – it will get my full dedication. As a leader I am strict but fair, always reflecting on what could have gone better, but also caring about people and making sure my teams are motivated and happy. To sum it up in three sentences: I take things seriously and fulfil the stereotype of the straight-to-the-point, structure-loving and pedantic German. I prefer honesty over politeness and quality over quantity. The things that I love most are my little boys, travelling, languages, nature and to broaden my horizons. Working and studying in three different countries was the most valuable experience in my life, as it helped put things into perspective. I have worked in anything from technical customer support, hotel reception and restaurants to positions as a telemarketer or sales manager. In addition, I have gained a strong background in business and management through my studies and my language skills and cultural understanding are not just helpful in my work life, but also of great personal interest to me. I am currently managing several multilingual telemarketing and inside sales projects, specialising in lead generation, lead qualification, B2B prospecting, prospect nurturing and lead response campaigns.
