As a production manager at a bio-pharmaceuticel production plant of Johnson and Johnson I used Lean and Six Sigma to run and improve operations. In 2008 my partner and I moved to Argentina and started a Lean consultancy firm. With our company we used Lean to help Argentenean companies improve. We are forming a network of Lean practicioners to enable Lean thinkers in Argentina to learn from each other. The past 6 years I worked on Lean transformations as a senior consultant of the Lean Management Instituut. A not for profit affiliate of the Lean Global Network. As such I have contributed to 50 Lean transformations, in industries as diverse as assembly, insurance, hospitals, government and more. In 2015 I switched back from being a Lean consultant to operational management in pharma. Now I am using Lean principles to run and improve packaging operations at MSD in Oss.
