About Rigel Janette

I'm a design-focused professional with four years of experience at NJ TRANSIT, where I specialize in making complex transit environments more intuitive and navigable. My work sits at the intersection of design, systems thinking, and human experience, and I'm passionate about architecting systems that improve how people interact with the world around them. This passion for making complex external systems understandable has led me to explore the most complex system of all: ourselves. I am the author of the forthcoming book, The Architect of You, which applies the same principles of systems thinking and intentional design to help people rebuild their internal worlds.Currently pursuing my MBA in Project Management at Montclair State University, I'm focused on expanding my capabilities to lead projects that enhance human systems—both public and personal. I'm always eager to connect with others in the fields of design, transportation, and personal development.Let’s connect!
