Management experience for over 10 years; team sizes approx. 5-30 people or more. I deliver inspiring concepts, content, training programs and workshops and I am a trained teacher and pedagogical expert in inclusive content creation (UDL, Universal Design for Learning). I am very skilled in the use of AI to support business development, Communications and processes I'm a skilled in CSRD/ESRS, change management, leadership management, culture management. I am incredibly fast at taking a hold of complex and vast entireties, forming winning processes that enable the whole group to function better and smarter. I am bilingual (FIN-ENG) and speak Swedish pretty well too!
