My journey began as a Logistics Employee in 2008, where I developed expertise in supply chain logistics, end-to-end order management, and seamless coordination from customer inquiry through delivery. As my knowledge and impact grew, I advanced into positions of increasing responsibility, including team leadership, operational management, and business strategy. I became a key liaison between departments, facilitating efficient communication and process integration across supply chain, engineering, and production teams. This cross-functional exposure enabled me to drive process improvements, implement new operational strategies, and optimize workflows for greater efficiency and client satisfaction. Notably, I played a pivotal role in the successful planning and realization of a state-of-the-art production facility in Numansdorp. My involvement ranged from project planning and R&D collaboration to construction oversight and the smooth rollout of new operational practices—solidifying Foodmate’s position as an industry leader. Throughout my career, I have been entrusted with elements of general business management and daily operations, working with executive leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable, measurable outcomes. I have also been actively involved in change management, effectively guiding teams through periods of substantial growth, organizational transformation, and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies. My leadership has contributed to Foodmate’s sustained growth and innovation. I have driven initiatives in logistics optimization, product launch coordination, and the fostering of a collaborative, high-performance culture. My hands-on approach, coupled with a strategic mindset, has enabled our teams to deliver consistent results and exceed the evolving needs of our international customer base.
