I am a dedicated and strategic leader who balances strategic vision with execution and focus on the details. I partner with C-suite executives who have big ideas and need a systems builder to take the idea and make it a reality. I am a generalist with experience in org-wide goal-setting, metrics development and tracking progress, building systems to track data and analytics, evaluating impact, supporting fundraising operations, codifying operational practices, developing sustainable staffing models and processes, and scaling work of growing organizations. I thrive in collaborative environments and believe in the critical nature of learning from the voices of those who are closest to the work. I have spent my last 20 years in the education nonprofit space, supporting educators to grow their leadership and their commitment to the success of every child. I am passionate about learning about and finding better ways to support neurodivergent learners to thrive.
