About Rikako Koida

My ultimate career objective is to contribute to the creation of a society that empowers individuals to live authentically by providing novel solutions to their unmet needs. For three years, I worked as a sales representative in the Metropolitan Sales Division at Wacoal Co, Ltd. I contributed to the sales growth and enhanced customer experience of multiple stores, including flagship stores primarily in the Ginza area. In particular, I focused on developing new customer segments and improving satisfaction among existing customers. These efforts not only led to increased sales but also spurred new business initiatives within the company, contributing to the overall revitalization of the organization. Subsequently, I transferred to the Store Development Department and took on responsibilities for direct store outlet strategy and contract management.
