Experienced Manager, acquainted with major bilateral donors regulations such as USAID, European Union, CIDA, Global Fund, and Private Foundations, using restricted and non-restricted funds. I have worked with 7 organizations over a vast array of projects in challenging and diverse settings that required strong interdisciplinary collaboration and multi program coordination. I have accrued 20 years of progressive management responsibility and operational leadership of which 12 years are at executive level, in community-based organizations, local and international NGOs providing services in resource- limited settings. I am an Obstetrician Gynecologist, trained in Haiti, Belgium and the US, with Master’s degree in Global Health, Certification in Leadership Policy and Management, Reproductive Health. I am comfortable not only in full program cycle management, but also in strategic realignment and planning process, budget development, financial analysis and in policy development. My working experience covers also but not limited to : implementation of clinical program activities in multiple hospitals and clinics; development of a National Health Information System; Implementation of Community based Outreach Program, Primary Health Care Programming, RMNCAH and HIV/AIDS programming, child protection, capacity building, Program Evaluation, Monitoring and Evaluation, Grants Writing and Fundraising activities.
