My proficiency in zeolite synthesis and manufacturing scale-up processes has been integral to the product development lifecycle. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, we have successfully transitioned laboratory-scale innovations to commercial applications. Embracing Lean Sigma principles, I have contributed to enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring product quality. My focus remains on the continuous improvement of catalyst synthesis techniques, including spray drying and shaping of catalyst powders, which bolsters our commitment to sustainability and excellence.
