About Rikka Maria Suico

A Scrum Master and Project Manager with over a decade of experience driving Agile delivery and leading high-performing teams across fast-paced environments. Since 2012, I’ve consistently delivered business value by applying Agile principles, fostering collaboration, and aligning teams around shared goals. My background includes roles as a Test Lead, Business Analyst, and Product Manager - giving me a well-rounded perspective and the ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution. This blend of experience enables me to manage stakeholder expectations effectively while ensuring successful delivery outcomes. In 2019, I relocated to the United States for three years to support a legacy-to-ServiceNow migration as a Business Analyst | Product Manager. More recently, in 2024, I moved to Jersey, UK, where I served as a Scrum Master for two delivery teams at a telecommunications company. I’m passionate about cultivating a positive team culture, driving continuous improvement, and delivering quality solutions that solve real business challenges. Whether I’m guiding Agile transformations or managing complex projects, I bring a calm, structured, and results-oriented mindset to every engagement. Core strengths: Agile coaching, team leadership, backlog management and refinement, risk identification, process improvement, and strategic decision-making.
