Driven by a passion for meaningful impact, I am an accomplished Founder, CEO, and social impact strategist with a proven track record of transforming challenges into opportunities. My career spans social welfare, business development, social impact program design, and social enterprise, equipping me with the expertise to disrupt complex systems and drive positive change. I excel in creating innovative, sustainable solutions through shifts in thinking, power dynamics, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. In 2015, I founded a now thriving not-for-profit organisation that supports South Australia's most vulnerable children and families that is one of the largest children’s charities in South Australia. By establishing a diverse portfolio of partnerships, I have delivered sustainable solutions for disadvantaged children, young people, and families. My creativity, strategic mindset, and broad network across corporate, government, and private sectors have amplified the impact of my work. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science (with a major in Criminology and Youth Justice) and a Master's degree in Social Work with a focus on trauma-informed practice. This academic foundation alongside further education in business management, administration and project development, further strengthens my ability to drive informed, lasting change in both social justice and business environments.
