Over the last 8 years at Impact Coaches Inc, I’ve grown from a Client and Marketing Coordinator to an Account Manager and our Operations Lead - driving initiatives that enhance our delivery, client experience, and internal systems. In my current role, I lead high-impact projects for our larger scale clients. I am passionate about building seamless workflows, managing complex initiatives from idea to execution, and enabling our team of coaches to do their best work.
