I am currently a Hiring Partner in our Digital Office at Insight Global, where I manage the full-desk process from account management to recruiting for various industries and markets. I have over 6 years of experience in recruiting, finding and hiring qualified candidates, and building relationships with clients and candidates. As a Hiring Partner, I work with both clients and candidates, matching them based on their skills, experience, and preferences. I use various sources, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and others, to identify potential candidates and post job listings. I collaborate with hiring managers to develop compelling job descriptions and determine skills required for each position. I conduct background checks, reference checks, and interviews to evaluate the candidates and ensure compliance. I also contribute to the digital transformation of Insight Global, supporting the company's vision and goals. I am passionate about helping people find their ideal jobs and helping clients find their ideal talent.
