About Riley Lambert

I have been practicing as a Master Esthetician for 2+ years. After practicing for 6 months, I was promoted to Esthetics Manager and that helped me grow as an esthetician. During that time as Esthetics Manager, I was transferred to a different clinic within the company that was much larger in staff. I was in the leadership role for a total of 18 months. I built a clientele by taking care of my clients in the treatment room and addressing their skincare concerns, as well as educating them with a personalized home-care regimen. While I learned a lot working at my first esthetics job, I am now starting a new role with SkinSpirit and hungry for the further education they have to offer. My goal as a provider in the aesthetics industry is to make my clients feel beautiful in my treatment room. I focus on their concerns and educate them on how to achieve that. Along with making them relaxed and feeling like my treatment room is a place of comfort and ease. I love the relationships I have built with my clientele. My clients are my ‘why’ as I continue to work in the aesthetics industry, I love making them feel confident in their own skin.
