About Riley P. Titlebaum

I am a creative and passionate organizer who cares deeply about community-focused events, relationship building, and promoting equitable access to bicycle transportation and artistic experiences. I had the honor of coordinating community outreach for Philadelphia's bike share system, Indego, which is a national leader in equity and served as the original Living Lab for the Better Bike Share Partnership. In our work to help create a socially equitable and replicable bike share model, I supported the development, implementation, evaluation, and cataloging of those efforts to address barriers to the use of bike share among low-income and BIPOC communities. The resources and lessons learned from that work are shared on the national level to offer guidance on best practices to increase equitable access to bicycle transportation. I now work at League of American Bicyclists, where I support the League's Smart Cycling program & the National Bike Summit, aiding advocates with their educational programming and setting up congressional meetings for Summit attendees to advocate for a more bicycle friendly America. I have also contributed to the conception, creation, administration, marketing, and execution of numerous events that have covered a gamut of visual and performing arts. They have included multi-disciplinary performance installations, music festivals, diverse cultural arts celebrations, artist residency programs, concerts, and theatrical productions. Playing a variety of roles within these events has continued to strengthen my commitment to providing individuals with unique experiences that are educational, entertaining, thought-provoking, and oriented at building and strengthening community & culture.
