Experienced salesperson with a demonstrated history of working in retail management and technical support. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Microsoft 10/11, Linux OS's, Embedded Devices. Strong sales professional and experienced LMR radio technical advisor. In addition to working in sales, I have studied IT-solutions for over 5 years and hardware development for over 3 years. I have a deep passion for Embedded Linux and network-enabled devices to constantly expand my knowledgebase and navigate resources. I am learning C++ in my spare time and have considered a certification from the C++ Foundation. Working in grocery with Brookshire Brothers' allowed my leadership abilities to shine as I was quickly promoted to Assistant Store Director within one month of joining the company as a part-time college job. I was encouraged to bring out the best in each employee under store #0084 in Hamilton, TX, and strived to exceed those expectations. With JVCKenwood, I have been profoundly whisked into the vigorously technical realm of Land Mobile Radio. Having studied electronics, engineering, and IT-solutions in school as well as a hobbyist, I have been tasked to explore boundaries of my technical abilities as a technical advisor for Kenwood and seek to expand my knowledge of P25 and DMR systems as well as contribute to collaborative research. In Technical Support, I am also tasked with coordination of customer solutions through Sales, Systems Solutions (presales), R&D, Service/Repair, and of course follow up should end-users require technical assistance. With CTDI, I developed a familiarity with VRAN architecture, 5G antenna repair/diagnostics, Kubernetes deployment and containerized applications, as well as advanced solder/micro-solder methods. Worked daily with R&D and Software Developers to troubleshoot diagnostic applications and antenna hardware repair. I look forward to hearing from you!
