My career has been defined by a passion for creating robust systems that enhance performance and ensure safety.I was part of the pioneering team that commissioned the first graphite anode material plant in the United States, an experience that honed my skills in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and innovation. Currently, I lead an optimization team tasked with improving a critical process unit, coordinating multiple disciplines and external partners to meet and exceed design standards.My expertise extends to experimental design, equipment optimization, supplier qualification, and safety risk mitigation. I have introduced and led capital projects, developed innovative testing methods, and implemented solutions that drive cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
