This experience has equipped me with a well-rounded understanding of client needs, team leadership, and operational effectiveness. In my current role as Branch Manager at Scotiabank, I lead and coach a dynamic team focused on helping clients achieve their financial goals—whether it’s investing, home financing, wealth management, or business growth. I lead branch operations, and ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and protect against financial and non-financial losses by maintaining strong internal controls. I’m committed to driving operational excellence and coaching teams to deliver tailored financial strategies to meet unique client needs. I hold a Master’s degree in International Business from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. I am also certified as a Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) and have completed the Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) designation.
