About Rima Chatterjee

Currently, Rima is working as an HR OD professional at Infosys. She leads performance management, developmental initiatives, skill profile development and assessment, monthly check-ins, PIP processes and change management activities for the entire organisation. She has experience as an HR Generalist at Home First. She handled different projects like cultural fit, employee engagement initiaves, surveys, great place to work, newsletter, compensation and appraisal, data analysis, attrition analysis, POSH, vendor management etc. Rima has pursued PGDM-HRM in T.A Pai Institute of management(2020-22 batch). She was a part of the board of Alumni Relations Committee and therefore came across some of the brilliant leaders on a daily basis. Furthermore, she has worked as a Software Developer in Empower retirement(2018-2020) for 2 years, which is one of the best financial service organization based in Bangalore. She actively interacted with clients and came up with software solutions ( mainly based on backend technologies). She got opportunities in building her foundation in team building skills as well as had great experience throughout while working in recently introduced agile framework in this organization. She has completed her Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communications Engineering background from Vellore Institute of Technology(2014-2018) where she had great exposure and got opportunities to grow as an individual. She loves to travel, bake and do community work.
