I am a seasoned security and risk management professional with over 17 years of experience spanning healthcare, retail, hospitality, and community-based sectors. My work is rooted in a commitment to safety, leadership, and excellence—whether responding to critical incidents, guiding teams, or designing proactive strategies to prevent them. Currently serving in a hospital environment, I am regularly entrusted with high-pressure situations that require calm, clarity, and decisive action. I have been called to testify in legal proceedings and have consistently earned the trust of colleagues, legal teams, and leadership through integrity, professionalism, and results. Leadership and mentorship have been defining aspects of my career. I’ve led high-performing teams and mentored countless individuals—many of whom have gone on to become strong leaders in their own right. Trained in the Wicklander-Zulawski (WZ) method of interview and interrogation, I also hold certifications in Crisis Management, First Aid, and CPR, and am a graduate of the Police Foundations Program.
