I am a Senior Manager in EY's Business Consulting practice, working within the Transformation Delivery team. My experience spans across a multitude of industries, including but not limited to: Financial Services, Aviation, Lottery & Gaming, Pensions, FMCG, Local Government, Mass Media and Energy. I work with executives and leadership teams to navigate complex, cross-organizational change — from operating model redesigns to enterprise-wide transformation programs. My focus is on helping organizations move from traditional ways of working to streamlined, adaptive, customer-delighting product organizations, while building the capabilities and governance to sustain change. I bring a blend of transformation leadership and emerging technology fluency, including an understanding of how AI and modern cloud capabilities can be integrated into change initiatives to deliver faster, more evidence-based outcomes.
