Rina Bertha (25) is a graphic designer, illustrator, and digital marketer with over 3 years of professional experience and 8 years as a freelancer. With a strong foundation in visual communication and a growing expertise in digital marketing, she brings a well-rounded creative approach to brand storytelling, design strategy, and content creation. Rina began her career in the brand marketing team at Shopee, one of Southeast Asia’s leading e-commerce platforms. She then worked as a Multimedia Specialist at AMMAN Mineral, one of Indonesia’s largest mining and energy companies, where she produced corporate and internal communication assets. Currently, she is part of HiGrowth, a marketing agency helping tech startups scale through creative direction, design, and performance marketing support. As a freelancer, Rina collaborates with both local and international clients on branding, campaign visuals, and custom illustrations. Her experience spans industries, from tech and retail to lifestyle and education. Rina graduated with distinction from Multimedia Nusantara University (UMN), majoring in Visual Communication Design. During her studies, she actively participated in student organizations, worked part-time in creative roles, and received multiple academic scholarships.
