Background

About Rinaldi Tjhin

I am an operator, builder, and transformation leader focused on scaling e-commerce fulfillment, automation, and AI-driven operating systems. I am currently building NEXUS, a fulfillment automation and operational intelligence company with the purpose of helping commerce businesses scale with greater reliability, speed, and resilience. NEXUS is built around a simple belief: fulfillment is no longer just a back-office function, it is critical infrastructure for modern e-commerce. My operating philosophy is grounded in disciplined execution: functional, reliable, scalable, and sustainable. I believe sustainable growth is built through systems that work in reality, not only in strategy decks. At SIRCLO, I served as Chief of Service / Co-builder, helping design and scale the end-to-end operating backbone across commerce operations, fulfillment, compliance, risk management, system integration, and cross-functional execution. My work has focused on turning complexity into structure, aligning teams around priorities, and building the operational discipline required for long-term growth. My current areas of focus include fulfillment automation, warehouse operating models, AI-assisted decision systems, governance, risk management, and institutional-grade business execution. I build with a bias toward Proof, Over Promise.
