About Rinaldo Puff
Initialy working at UFSC, with Prof. Alvaro Toubes Prata, I went to Embraco in 1988 where I started as a treinee. After six months I was emploied, and have been working for this company since then. I worked with fluid dynamics and heat transfer, and more recently in structural analysis, leading the Structural and Mechanism group. I also leaded big projects, and worked in the core team of other ones, some of them core products of the company nowadays. My Master degree was finished in 2002, related to fatigue of high carbon steels. Doctor Eng. concluded in 2015, studying fatigue of ferrous materials with voids and inclusions. Expertise in Enterprise Management due to my MBA in this area.
