About Ringa Masalin

People are my passion! I'm an eager business developer and leader. I love challenges to make things better and more productive – especially for the people who drive the organization's success. My experience builds on socially responsible human resource management, organizational culture, recruitment, employer branding, marketing and communication management, strategic leadership, mentoring programs, and business intelligence. At ATR Soft I'm responsible for our People & Culture, from strategic leadership to all operational tasks. I'm a member of the ATR Steering Group and one of the five forepersons. My main goal is to ensure that we have happy and skilled people who flourish at ATR Soft now and in the future. Key priorities in my daily work are leadership, culture and well-being, recruitment, and well-handled basics of HR, which is the solid ground for further development. I'm a combined package of a team player and leader. My focus is always strongly on understanding the needs of the customers and employees as well as reaching the common targets. The world is never ready – therefore I strive for challenging myself, my employer and colleagues to constantly develop and prepare for the future. Currently, I'm focused on leveraging AI to achieve more. I also engageg in continuous learning during my free time by participating in versatile training sessions with networks like Suomen Ekonomit, Mothers in Business, and Junior Chamber International. Previously I have also volunteered in these networks by organizing activities.
