With a solid academic background in healthcare, I hold an MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Management and a B.Sc. in Medical Technology (OT & Anesthesia) from Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences. My education cultivated a deep understanding of clinical workflows and hospital operations, which I’ve combined with my interest in healthcare IT to drive digital transformation in care delivery. I’ve further strengthened my profile with certifications in Business Analysis (IIBA-endorsed) and SQL. Over the past 3 years as a Business Analyst at Persistent Systems, I’ve led and supported key healthcare IT projects across various domains, including e-prescriptions, patient safety alerts, and health data compliance. My work spans requirements gathering, process mapping, FRD and SRS documentation, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery using tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Figma, MS Visio, Drawio, SQL, and Postman. I’ve contributed to solutions that comply with HIPAA, HL7, and HITECH standards—bridging the gap between technical teams and clinical users to ensure scalable, compliant, and user-centric applications. Looking ahead, I aim to advance my role in digital health innovation by contributing to scalable, technology-driven solutions that enhance operational performance, regulatory compliance, and overall system efficiency.
