Hello There! thank you for taking a time to look at my profile. My main expertise is in Mechanical design which also includes concept work, concept to prototype design, rapid prototype using 3D printing, manufacturable design (DFM), design for dis/assembly(DFA), design functionality test (DFMA), stability of design, product rendering for marketing and visualization, converting 2D design to 3D modelling for 3D printing or manufacturing. I have strong knowledge of GD & T techniques, 3D parametric design, utilizing VA/VE to validate design, ECN-PCN process, DVP & R fundamentals to improve functionality and cost cutting of design, design of Jigs and fixtures, Sheet Metal and plastic enclosures, BOM generating for manufacturing process in ISO standard but open to adapt other standards.As a hobbyist, I do small embedded projects, 3D printing services, 3D printer troubleshooting and training. I also have an experience with PLC programming which I have learned in Mohawk College, please check out my final semester project at I have used so far are AutoCAD, Siemens NX, SolidWorks and Keyshot for rendering.
