I have above 24 years of professional experience in the development and corporate sector. I possess the skills to effectively contribute as an active member of a senior management team working on strategy development and providing support to professional teams in implementation. I am comfortable working with people at all levels and have an excellent development approach to solving issues and developing processes. I have proven people management skills, with the ability to manage performance and motivate staff on an individual and team level. I am excellent at managing professionally skilled international volunteer experts; supporting them to deal with cross cultural issues in-country and also advice on partner relationship management. I possess experience working with a wide range of organisations from local NGOs to International and bilateral agencies to corporates. Communications, fundraising and external representation has been an integral part of my job, whether it is supporting the programme team reporting to donors, liaising with government agencies or at national and international forums.
