Leads transformational change over multi-year time horizons through the implementation of next generation optimization technologies such as Robotics Process Automation, Machine Learning and biometrics. Go-to person for in depth operational process knowledge for Payments Processing & Operations Centre & International Business Centre. 50% Process Design and Improvement • Identify, prioritize and execute operational process improvement opportunities • Lead development and implementation of new tools and automation technologies • Lead planning and execution of new work intake • Re-design processes to support transformational programs and other changes impacting operational processes • Co-ordinate with RBC partners to influence external processes and behaviors that impact PTO operational efficiency 20% Process Support and Maintenance • Define and maintain operational process flow content, procedures and documentation • Manage User Acceptance Testing and Post Implementation Verification20% 20% Process Measurement and Analysis • Define and implement strategies to measure operational performance and productivity, including use of tools and metric definition • Lead analysis to proactively identify issues, assess design options and measure costs and benefits 10% Consultative Support • Provide consultative support to internal stakeholders regarding operational processes
