I hold a doctorate in Economics and have over 15 years of experience as a development practitioner, particularly along the economic, social, tourism, and environment and natural resource sectors. I am a licensed environmental planner, and an avid advocate for sustainable development. I have a solid experience in development, and urban and land use planning, policy formulation and review, investment programming, project management, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, and knowledge management. I am also skilled in integrating disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation in the development process. I am proficient in conducting systematic research and analysis to provide robust evidence base for policy, using statistical and Geographic Information System (GIS) tools, and quantitative and non-quantitative methods. I am highly effective in implementing projects, leading teams, mentoring team members, and delivering project outputs within timelines and budgets.
