My job description comprises of the following: 1. To monitor, analyse and resolve client credit requests from a Credit Risk Management perspective. Risk Assessment Management - Working as Assistant Manager for a Financial Services Sector Client within DXC with responsibility to review/analyze existing Auditing processes that has been implemented and provide recommendations on areas that need improvement to improve efficiency. FTE utilization, time & motion study, define time limit for various activities, implementation of any process improvement ideas to reduce time & increase efficiency, identify process gap & provide resolution SOP creation & sign off & it’s periodic review. Measure different KPI & ensuring all SLA are meet. Client management, operations calls, discuss business challenges, operational management plan, solutions & its effective implementations 4. Management functions such as staffing, training, operations and client management 5. Implementation of operational guidelines, standards and policies 6. Preparing process related reports & dashboard presentation 7. Reviewing, records and reports to determine compliance with company operational expectations
