Initially, I was responsible for launching the labor management function, establishing an onboarding structure for 200 contract employees per month, and building a framework for attendance and working hour management. Later, I transferred to the inbound operations team, where I handled operational planning, process improvement initiatives, and team management. I worked across three logistics sites, including involvement in the launch phases of two new sites, gaining end-to-end experience from setup to stable operation. In people management, I led initiatives such as promoting contract employees to full-time roles and managing team members with disabilities.In 2022, I made a career shift into a different industry and function by joining BizReach. After spending eight months in inside sales, I moved into a customer success role, where I now support the ongoing recruitment operations of existing clients. Since August 2024, I have been engaged in strategic consulting and proposal-based sales targeting large enterprises. My responsibilities include identifying recruitment challenges, designing ideal candidate profiles, and proposing direct sourcing strategies aligned with each company’s hiring vision. Over the course of two years, I have supported approximately 120 companies, including around 20 organizations with overseas hiring needs.
