About Rishabh Deo

As a Security Engineer at Kinship, I oversee security operations and risk management processes for Kinship. I work with an international team to conduct Risk assessment, expedite SOC2 compliance, work on Security Policies, and implement cloud security best practices using AWS solutions. I am AWS SAA-C03 certified and have a strong background in security engineering. Previously, I was an Associate Security Engineer at Kinship, where I was promoted to Security Engineer after five months of outstanding performance. I was responsible for vendor security, security policies, and incident response while I was working as an associate. I hold a Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) credential from (ISC)² and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the School of Computer Engineering, KIIT DU. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to help organizations achieve their security objectives and protect their assets. Recently, I have also taken up the role of Director of Security Operations at a Consulting startup vCISO where I aim to put my skills to good use. This should give me experience in working directly with clients of diverse needs and strengthen my expertise.
