About Rishabh Minocha

In any given role or venture, there are three traits that I find vital to allow for a positive and lasting experience: the opportunity to constantly learn and enhance my skill set, the opportunity to challenge status quo, and the ability to execute with a customer-first mindset. Keeping these traits in mind, I am grateful to have worked across various roles in Sales and Marketing Strategy at LinkedIn, General Mills, Nielsen and my own entrepreneurial venture Crunch Crate, in the last 8+ years. Through these roles, I successfully served both external and internal customer teams as my clients, by empowering them to make meaningful decisions through the use of data-driven strategies, powerful analytics and most importantly, by fostering positive relationships. Along the way, I enhanced key transferable skills like leadership, teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, and learned how each plays a pivotal role to ensure customer success. Ultimately, my passion lies with leveraging my creative problem solving abilities and transferable skill set to help people and organizations make a meaningful impact and create positive change.
