Currently serving as the Deputy Manager of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) at ASK Automotive Limited, a leading auto components manufacturer in India, I am dedicated to integrating healthcare management intricacies into EHS practices for comprehensive workplace well-being. In my role, I play a pivotal part in developing and implementing initiatives, including emergency response plans, that prioritize the health and well-being of our employees while adhering to stringent safety standards. My commitment extends beyond compliance, contributing proactively to foster a workplace culture centered on well-being and resilience. Alongside certifications, proficiency in German, and a diverse skill set including active listening, effective communication, and physical evaluation, my overarching goal is to cultivate an environment that nurtures the holistic well-being of our workforce.
