I began my career as a Senior Reservations and Sales Associate at ITC Hotels, delivering exceptional customer service and managing communications. At Amazon, I developed strong problem-solving skills as an HR Assistant, handling inquiries and maintaining service standards. Currently, as a Supply Chain Specialist at Socksmith Canada, I manage procurement processes and optimize inventory operations.
