About Rishabh Soni

The straight line, a respectable optical illusion which ruins many a man.” ― Victor Hugo, Les Misérables. Decisions hang like a sword over many of us. The belief that we are meant to do or be only one thing in life kills the creativity inside us. My journey in the world of Engineering and technology has taught me many such lessons. • It has taught me the value of time and seizing the moment. • Life is full of humbling experiences. • You will have to choose the "road less travelled' but trust me, it is worth it! • You CANNOT allow yourself to stay down, life does not stop it only goes on. • When you are carrying a couch and it does not fit going up the stairs, the best you can do is PIVOT! PIVOT! • Okay, so Life did not teach me the last point. Friends did! • Something worth doing is not going to be easy. I’m an operations and Technical support professional with 4.5 years of experience at Zocdoc, where I progressed from Integration Support Associate to Manager. Over the years, I’ve built expertise being an SME and I bring skills like Data Management, Reporting, troubleshooting, while also leading teams, mentoring SMEs, and driving performance goals. I bring a balance of technical problem-solving and operational leadership, with a track record of improving processes and managing stakeholders effectively. I’m now looking for senior or technical operations roles that offer scope to grow, contribute to business impact, and deepen my expertise in new technologies.
