I began my career face to face with customers in a high-pressure edtech environment where every conversation mattered. Listening became my superpower as I learned to ask the right questions, uncover true pain points and close over eighty-one lakh in revenue by offering solutions that genuinely helped people achieve their goals. Those early days taught me that real growth starts by understanding human motivations. Next I stepped into public relations, writing articles and building chatbot experiences that connected brands with their audiences in memorable ways. I crafted campaigns that spoke directly to customer needs and helped businesses earn trust. It was here that I discovered how powerful a well-told story can be when combined with the data that shows what people really care about. Today I lead a thirteen-person digital marketing team across design, content strategy, search engine optimization, paid media and automation. Together we architect end-to-end campaigns for thirteen hundred and four clients in India, Canada and France. We manage everything from Meta Ads to WhatsApp API automations including Blue Tick verification, LinkedIn outreach, Amazon product listings and Google My Business optimization. Last year our collective efforts generated more than seven crore in client revenue. My role is part strategist, part coach and part problem solver as I translate big objectives and complex briefs into clear growth roadmaps. Training our sales team and planning client events are just as important to me as crafting a perfect campaign funnel. I believe every interaction is a chance to build a stronger connection. I create interactive dashboards and reporting tools that keep everyone aligned and informed so we can iterate fast and stay ahead of the curve. When I’m not working I’m deep in sports analytics, breaking down game-winning plays and uncovering patterns that other fans overlook. I’m also a spoken-word poet who thrives on open mic nights, turning observations into stories that resonate. That mix of analytical curiosity and creative expression fuels my approach to marketing.
