As a seasoned leader with over 13 years of experience, I currently spearhead a team of 30 professionals, overseeing crucial portfolios in Customer, Growth & Marketing for the multibillion-dollar white goods business at Flipkart. My primary focus is driving sustainable growth through initiatives that accelerate the customer funnel and create exceptional user experiences. We innovate on behalf of the customers, ahead of the curve, to drive online penetration and deliver growth at scale. My tenure in this organization began seven years ago when the business was in its nascent stage. Since then, I've been instrumental in scaling the business fourfold, and stablishing our position as the industry leader. As a key member of the hardlines leadership team, I also contribute significantly to shaping product and growth strategies across the entire hard lines business segment, working closely with product & tech counterparts. Prior to my current role, I spent six years in the FMCG sector, handling various sales and marketing responsibilities. During this time, I had the privilege of working with category-leading brands such as Horlicks, Boost, and Sensodyne. My last assignment in this sector involved developing brand strategies for the packaged food portfolio, where I led marketing efforts for brands including Horlicks Oats, Horlicks Biscuits, and Boost RTD My track record demonstrates a consistent ability to drive growth, innovate in competitive markets, and deliver exceptional results across various business domains.
