I have 5 years of experience in this role, and I hold an MBA from the University of Miami, as well as a MS in Information Technology from the Florida Institute of Technology. My core competencies include process improvement, problem solving, analytical skills, and effective communication. I work cross-functionally with engineers, production, and maintenance teams, as well as with clients and stakeholders, to ensure that we deliver optimal solutions that meet their needs and expectations. I also leverage data and technology to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
