Currently Managing Dirrector of MyCash Financial Services. Leading up to this position, Rishay was instrumental in setting-up and establishing Agrowth Farming, an agricultural Special Purpose Vehicle which provides suitable and flexible finance to largescale contract farmers in Zimbabwe. Agrowth is owned by PHI Commodities (an Innscor Africa subsidiary). Rishay previously steered the local and international strategy for Zimnat Asset Management (an associate of the Sanlam Group). Key focus areas involved structured alternative investments, structured finance and strategic implementation and execution of business development goals. A significant component of his role was to broaden the investment pool, enabling more precise capital allocation strategies. Having spearheaded the Atria Franchise Fund, a high conviction equity fund in Africa whose performance had been firmly maintained in the top quartile (1 and 3 Years) of African fund managers as determined by Riscura South Africa. Rishay's investment experience covers collective investment scheme products as well as bespoke institutional portfolio management. Positioned as Head of research for Africa at Imara asset Management during from 2008 - 2010 and was also involved in institutional investment as well as local and regional fund management of the Imara Zimbabwe and Nigeria Funds, both of which outperformed their respective benchmarks. Possessing investment competencies in fundamental equity analysis and equity valuations throughout Africa across a broad range of sectors.
