From being just an average student in school to becoming one of the most recognised youth leaders in the city, it has been a roller coaster ride for him. Completing his education from St. James School, Kolkata, he has recently completed his graduation from The Bhawanipur Education Society College. He has an innate talent of leaving his mark everywhere he has been. He loves socialising and therefore has been organising events since his school days. In his school, he was the President of the Interact Club, which under his leadership became one of the best clubs in his district. He also bagged an award for being the Best President and outstanding Interactor by Rotary International District. For his amazing work in his school days, he was honoured the CV Shankar Award for his service and integrity. The passion of working for the society and destitute did not just end there. After finishing his school, he started as the Chartered President of the Rotaract Club of Calcutta Victoria. As the president there, he has organised innumerable of big and small successful events in the city, grabbing a lot of appreciation and recognition for the club. His way of conducting events is very innovative. This has helped him win various awards and felicitations in various occasions. Rishi is a motivator and his passion of motivating the youth and other people in the society made him found Rota Talks, a talk show organisation. He organised the first talk show at just the age of 18 along with his team members, Shri Gaur Gopal Das as the chief guest. The show was a complete success and this helped him in boosting his confidence even more. The same passion led him to start giving talk session to students just at the age of 19 and help them perform well in life. For his amazing work towards the society, he was recently awarded with the Mother Teresa International Award for Best Youth and Emerging Youth Leader. Apart from being an asset to the society, he does an amazing job in being a good family member too. He started helping his father in their family business as soon as he finished school. Throwing light in his personal life, he is a traveller, explorer and an amazing friend. He has a very friendly nature and tries to be there for everyone. His charming personality, leadership skills and an urge to do something innovative has shaped him into facing any challenge.
