As a Thermal Simulation Engineer at ACC - Automotive Cells Company, I apply my CFD/FEA skills and battery expertise to analyze and optimize the thermal performance and safety of battery cells and modules. I have been working in this role for over a year, and I am passionate about developing innovative and sustainable solutions for the electric vehicle industry. I have over 8 years of experience in the automotive sector, specializing in powertrain, combustion, and thermal simulations. I have worked on various projects involving passive pre-chamber spark plugs, CNG direct injection engines, and thermal runaway phenomena. I have used tools such as AVL-FIRE, ANSYS FORTE, ANSYS Mechanical, CONVERGE, and modeFRONTIER to perform 3D CFD and FEM simulations and optimization tasks. I have a master's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from Aachen University of Applied Sciences, Germany and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy, India.
