As a Deputy Manager at ICICI Bank, I manage the credit portfolio of retail and corporate clients, ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and regulations. I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from INDUS BUSINESS ACADEMY - IBA, BANGALORE, with a focus on Finance, where I learned the fundamentals of financial analysis, risk management, and investment strategies. I have also developed core competencies in operations management, retail, and negotiation, which help me deliver quality service to the customers and stakeholders. In my current role, I have contributed to the growth and profitability of the bank by evaluating the creditworthiness of the borrowers, approving loans, and monitoring repayments. I have also supported the business development and marketing initiatives by identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and creating promotional campaigns. I am motivated by the opportunity to help the bank achieve its vision of becoming a leading financial institution in India and beyond.
