I’m a graduate student in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a passion for using data and psychology to improve workplaces. Over the past 5+ years, I’ve trained and coached professionals in leadership, communication, and workplace effectiveness, while also helping organizations make better decisions through HR consulting, job analysis, and workforce analytics. Right now, I’m the Graduate Assistant – Employer Relations at the University of Baltimore, where I turn data into actionable insights—analyzing engagement dashboards, first destination surveys, internship outcomes, and accreditation reports. I love designing surveys, choosing the right measurement scales, and telling the story behind the numbers through dashboards and presentations. Some things I’m really good at: Job Analysis & Role Design – Choosing the right method, mapping competencies, identifying gaps, and creating clear job descriptions. Learning & Development – Running training needs analyses, designing programs, and building practical learning roadmaps. Data-Driven HR – Workforce analytics, KPI dashboards, and reports that help leaders act with confidence. Project Management – Keeping complex projects on track with Gantt charts, clear communication, and tight deadlines. I’ve been fortunate to receive recognition like the 30 Under 30 Trainer Award and the National President’s Excellence Award (JCI India), but what drives me most is helping people and organizations grow in ways that stick.
