About Rishika Jain

As an Associate Consultant at Wipro, I work in the BFSI domain, where I collect and elicit user requirements, create business requirement documents, use confluence and JIRA for documentation and project management, and facilitate between client and technical team. I also perform data validation and analysis to ensure the quality and accuracy of the solutions delivered. I graduated from BIMTECH with a PGDM-IB degree, specializing in International Business and Finance. During my studies, I did a two-month internship with National Institute of Bank Management, where I learned market risk modelling and created a portfolio with 34 securities and calculated Value at Risk and stress testing. I also wrote a report and a post on the rural economy during COVID-19 with a team of three students. I have multiple certifications in macroeconomics, behavioral finance, and financial risk management with R, which demonstrate my domain knowledge and analytical ability. I have also won several case analysis competitions, which showcase my creative problem solving, presentation, and teamwork skills. I am motivated to apply my skills and knowledge to help businesses achieve their goals and overcome their challenges.
