Rishika Pasupulati is the Managing Director at Trecis Consulting Pvt Ltd, where she leads strategic initiatives in recruitment, training, and talent development. With a deep commitment to people-centric practices, she integrates her academic foundation in psychology with practical experience to build dynamic, human-oriented solutions across workplace and educational ecosystems. An alumna of Woxsen University and Manthan International School, Rishika holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology and Business Studies. Her academic journey is enriched by advanced coursework from globally reputed institutions such as Johns Hopkins University, Duke University, and the University of London, where she explored key areas like mental health, workplace psychology, behavioral economics, and marketing strategy. Professionally, Rishika has completed impactful internships with organizations such as Innovapptive Global Solutions Pvt Ltd, where she contributed to behavioral analytics and organizational assessments; The Flipside Workspace, where she worked on digital marketing and brand communication strategies; and Dys and That, where she supported special education initiatives aimed at inclusive learning. Her leadership experience includes key roles at the Global Health Youth Organization (GHYO) as Brand Ambassador and Associate Speaker Outreach, where she helped build youth networks and drive global health advocacy. She is also an active academic mentor, offering structured guidance to high school students pursuing the IGCSE and A-Level Psychology curriculum.
