About Rishikesh Jadhav

I’m an AI/ML Developer & Community Fellow at 3LC with a Master’s in Robotics from the University of Maryland. My work sits at the intersection of applied AI/ML and developer relations, where I combine technical innovation with community engagement. At 3LC, I develop use cases, examples, and sample code to highlight the capabilities of the 3LC SDK and tools. I also create public content (technical posts, tutorials, and community resources) to support developers and showcase how 3LC’s solutions make an impact across industries. Alongside this, I work closely with users and internal teams to ensure that technology is accessible, practical, and impactful. Previously, I worked at Duality AI, focusing on digital twin simulation pipelines for AI, robotics, and defense applications. I also gained experience at Void Robotics and the University of Maryland, where I worked on perception, planning, and human-robot interaction. My technical toolkit includes Python, C++, PyTorch, ROS2, Unreal Engine, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). I’m passionate about computer vision, generative AI, and simulation-driven AI and bridging the gap between research and real-world deployment. I’m always open to collaborations.
